Vadheev Misal — Restaurant in Pune

Although there is a constant debate when comes to the Misal in Maharashtra that which One is best amongst Kolhapuri Misal, Nashik Misal or Pune's Misal but in my honest opinion if you are a misal lover then you'll like to eat all types of Misal and try the different ambiance and taste .

Now that the hot topic of Misal is here then I would like to suggest a restaurant in Aundh which nowadays grabbing the Misal lover crowd towards them. So, I thought to visit this place to taste the Puneri Misal which I never tried till now. This place is known as "Vadheev Misal".

The interiors and ambiance is really impressive so it increased the urge to taste the Misal and I asked the person which are the different types of Misal they have, he said that they have Simple Misal, Dahi Misal and Special Misal. I ordered the Special Misal and after waiting for 5-7 minutes , I got the nicely garnished dish with separate pannikin of a matki, farsan, onion, gulab jam, dahi, misal mixture and bucket of cut/sample/sambar whatever you name it and to sooth your tongue they serve the authentic buttermilk.

I and my wife tasted the dish and wow it has purely great taste and it made our night awesome. I never thought the Puneri misal is also that best. Seriously it was nice experience to spend the time with my love and the amazing food. Now they have also started the two more dishes like Pav Bhaji and Pulav which I will taste very soon.

Vadheev Misal : Experience the Spice on Plate . . Vadheev Misal on the Aundh-Baner road is something you should try on your next visit to Misal mornings . A small outlet with 8-10 tables has a great value for taste and food over their kitchen . . A good portion size of Farsan with that red spicy tarri poured hot and spicy served with a plate full of goodness . Chopped onions , Dahi , Sweet , Papad , Buttermilk and Farsan on the side . The red tarri and matki flavour comes along very nicely . It's spicier than your regular taste but the spice level is not overpowering to the taste they offer . Spicy as well as tastier . Nicely butter toasted Pav with hot bowl of misal makes the treat complete . Dahi is good , balance out the spice level to your buds . Also have a variety in their menu offering Dahi misal , Special misal , Cheese misal with some other things as Matki bhel , Vadapav and Bhaji . . Very bad taste, I tried special misal at 130/-, and it is not unlimited misal at this cost as like u can unlimitedand specialother famous misal in Pune.. Sai Misal spcial house wakad, Satwik Misal karvenagar, katkirrmisal . Don't go there there is very small and compact shop, charges is very...1 cup of shev is 50 Rs.... waiter and owner is very rude and attitude they are not serving customers property, I wait there near about half an hour to serve.....Overall first time I got such bad experience in Pune (1* given)..... my concerns subject to price and quality those who want to save money and tasty food go other misal center not vadheev...i am Misal Lover since 8 year Pune.
