Kasba — Restaurant in Pune

We had food at Kasba - Royal Orchid Golden Suites. Just one word to describe this place. Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic!

There was no temperature check or Arogya Setu App Status check or Vaccination check for Covid before entry.

The entire restaurant was empty when I visited on Saturday 28/8/21. Yet the service was extremely slow. Food is equally pathetic like their service. I ordered 3 starters. In my Veg Manchurian Dry I got a complimentary peice of stone inside the dish. We left and didn't order anything else. When I asked for the bill they didn't apply the Dineout 25% off offer. TLDR; It’s not worth it.

If you check in Zomato, Swiggy it offers 50%. But when you go there they bluntly deny and say they can do only 35%. Also there’s no fixed pricing. The waiter first came to us and said Sir buffet price is 2000+taxes and on top of it the Zomato offer will be applied. Only when I showed him that zomato is showing 700 after discount.
