Please never visit FML Kalyani nagar. It’s the worst place to spend your weekend or any day. We went there over the last weekend.
The staff denied to accept the Swiggy dine in booking, we booked through Swiggy dine in paid amount to secure the slot. As soon as we reach the location, they say we can’t accept Swiggy. We had gone there with good mood and efforts so we thought let’s just continue with their in house offer however it was a nightmare.
As soon as we got the menu, the menu prices also they charged us a higher price than the normal price saying because of match it’s these rates and it’s higher, which is nonsense. They made us install some app to look for food and drink as well, the price on this app was also different from menu. The menu was 3x of what was on Swiggy and their app.
When we finished the food, we saw they had imposed useless charges for staff contribution tax etc which would leave us with just 5 percent discount instead of the actual 50 percent we got from Swiggy and 30 percent that they claimed.
When we discussed this with the staff, the manager got very aggressive. The staff had no knowledge and the manager was not welcoming at all. He started shouting at the top of his lungs asked us to pay right there and made a nightmare of what would have been a good time.
We could still see the option to pay through Swiggy, we were denied and threatened we could not leave until paid on their QR.
So if you don’t want to meet goons please...
Read moreRegarding Menu If you are going to give permanent 50% discount than why you have to printout jackedup menu card and give offer price.
Second, when there is permanent discount, than why promote 50% in swiggy(swiggy collect special fees for this) and Zomato.
For drinks, you have to download the app, as it's dynamic pricing. And drinks menu is so confusing and prices are jacked up, so that 50% discounted price is ok.
Come to food,
The crispy corn is burnt taste and not crispy and very chewy. When the same as been conveyed. All he did is ok, for crispy they must have burnt it. Ideally, they shud have checked with the chef or replaced it.
Cheese Nachos, to make up for the rates around 225(after offer), they sparcely spread the Nachos and put the cheese on top.
Veg. Manchow soup - Saving in disgrace, very good taste.
Service - we have beg for water multiple times( bottles water )
Due to the Marketing of 50% discount, crowd comes by. So they have added tables and chair where ever there is space.
As they have multiple branch they must be planning from sitting in corporate office, personally not worth the visit.
The ownership is missing in each and everyone working. It looks like people are working as stopgap arrangement. Management needs to look from different perspective and work on improvement.
Food Music Love(FML)-during my brief time all three were missing.
I hope only my...
Read moreVisit only if you are going in a group, not as a couple. We went for our anniversary celebration at FML on Tuesday with a toddler of 2 years and had requested couch seating while reserving the table to make a pleasant evening for the kid as well. On the call, they assured us that the couch table is available, but when we reached the restaurant, there were no couch seats available and the waiting staff informed us they will shift us to the table as soon as available. But that didn't happen, there were more than 8 couch tables available but the staff kept lying to us that those are reserved. They only want to book 6 or more people and don't entertain 2 people. Moreover, we asked the waiting staff to prepare starters without any spices and he suggested a cotton chicken kabab and assured us that it would be not spicy at all and suitable for the kid. And when the order arrived it was spicy and not at all suitable to be consumed by the kid. And then they rejected to return/replace the dish as well.
Overall food quality was below par, the waiting staff was rude and we felt unwanted and unwelcomed. We got the message and we ended the evening mid-way and never to returned back.
Make sure you visit in group of 6, or else be at the mercy of...
