Katraj Junction Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Pune

Very poor service. Their main focus is on the bar and not on the family restaurant. The family section was covered in dust and no waiter was around to take the order. They didn't even know we were waiting in the family section. After we left angrily, the watchman insisted that we give them a second chance. No use of giving the second chance. Then we ordered Veg Manchurian Rice. The rice was okish but the Manchurian was uncooked and raw, I could literally taste the uncooked corn flour. Worst experience in a restaurant. We were in a hurry as we had a bus to catch. That's why we didn't have a talk with the manager.

Actually this restaurant has a attached Bar, so generally this place is always crowded with people who comes there for drink. The food quality is good, but the prices are little bit higher. There is enough parking space. Not a good place for kids. Good place for grouos of Friends. Service is on time,...
