KFC — Restaurant in Pune

Horrible experience/customer service at this location. This is the first time in my life I’ve witnessed such disgusting behavior from KFC staff. Firstly, there was so much confusion among the staff. After placing the order, we waited for 30 minutes, only to realize that recent orders were being given out while we were still waiting. Upon inquiry, we found out they had missed our order. They asked us to wait again, and after 5 minutes, when we went to collect the order, only half the items were provided. They then took back the entire order and made us wait again. Throughout all this, not a single apology was offered.

On top of that, they only provided two tomato sauce packets for an order worth 1k. We requested a staff member, who was roaming around, for a few more sauce packets, and she rudely replied, “Go get it from the counter.” At the very least, she could have said it politely.

The staff needs proper training on how to behave with customers. Such unprofessional behaviour from the staff .This was the worst experience, and I will never return to this branch. I request KFC to look into this matter. If 0 star was an option I...

This place serves one of the best fried chicken I've tried ever before! They have wide range of Chicken dishes with different combinations! This is located In Westend mall Aundh! You can watch movie and then have the best meal here! The most amazing thing about them is they have perfect and same taste at every outlet! Also recently they've fluctuations in their taste! The service and staff is good! They've several outlets spread across pune and pcmc! They've takeaway dine in and no contact dilevery! They do have various combos available too! Its always safe clean and hygienic here! I always prefer this place when at malls! As its full meal and nice taste! 👌🏻 I've tried the zinger burger which was 10/10 With perfectly fried breast! And lettuce in it!! The most amazing dish I love is Fries and popcorn with those i house sauces they serve it with! Just the best dish! Dear KFC Customer Support,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a very disappointing experience with my recent order from your KFC Aundh (Pune) outlet via Swiggy on 30th June 2025 at 11:07 PM. (Order ID: 353B1A; Check No: 957)

I had ordered a Spicy Zinger Burger and Medium Chicken Popcorn, but the burger delivered was completely incorrect and extremely unhygienic. As shown in the attached images, the burger was stale, soggy, and poorly prepared – with wilted lettuce, dry onions, and a burnt bun. The overall quality was unacceptable and felt unsafe to consume.

This is not what I expect from a reputed brand like KFC. Delivering such substandard food not only affects customer trust but also poses serious health risks. I urge your team to take immediate action regarding this issue.

I request a full refund and an assurance that such negligence will not happen again. Kindly look into this urgently and respond at the earliest.
