Wow, I'm surprised with the amount of arrogance your reply had! You really have absolutely no room for improvement in the way you deal with criticism and that is quite evident from the way you've replied to a review that simply stated an experience at your Cafe. It seems the high rating has got to you and that is honesty disappointing. Just being sarcastic doesn't make you the better person here. I am a local guide with a lot of views and likes, that is only because I post my honest opinions. Comparing yourselves with Starbucks shows the low self esteem you have(I never had a 'chatpata Chana roll' there btw, lol, wrong assumption again) . I don't have anything against your Cafe, why would I otherwise spend 1000+ on food I don't like? Your 'vegan mock meat' stank and the bread used was harder than a piece of rock. You wanna get nasty? That's me being nasty about your food, did that feel good? Obviously not. Just making invalid assumptions about my taste buds doesn't make you look good. I've travelled around the country, tried many cuisines and had much better food that you could even comprehend. Maybe next time you should actually try understanding a person's opinion rather than trying to shut them down for voicing an issue.

The review:

The service was good, I did hate that self service system with the drinking water though. Regardless, the place has a nice vibe to it with a good view too! The coffee is amazing, I loved it! One thing I disliked is that while asked about addons, the staff just replies with yes or no regarding availability, but not quoting the price to be paid for it. Anyway, all of these are me just nitpicking.

The main issue we faced were with the sandwiches. The pesto was good but we tried two others, one of which was vegan and the other had mushrooms in it. We got them packed since we thought of having them later, but ordering those was a huge blunder and they turned out to be disastrous, literally had to eventually feed them to the dogs. I never usually do this but it actually was that bad this time. Sorry guys but you really need to work on the breads too, the one used in the vegan sandwich was particularly hard and the filling was just really bad. Probably also need to do a quality check (raw materials could have been expired?).The portion size of the fries, however was great! Bottomline, the coffee here is the only reason which makes this place worth visiting. Food I'd rather...

An okay but not outstanding little cafe and dessert shop that I would go back to and try again but wouldn't call the best dessert in Pune. However I do want to tate that I have only been here once and my friends who have been here more love the place. The desserts LOOK BEAUTIFUL and the mini black forest dessert is great, however the other desserts were a let down and the hot chocolate was not as much of a standout as I was made to expect. If a half star scale was available then I would give this place a 3.5

In response to the owners comments below I would like to add a few more points to the review.

1. The service team themselves were very hospitable and accomodating. Big thumbs up for that.

2. Defining outstanding - I would define outstanding as a dessert that would make me want to come back again and again and be one of the first things I crave when I think dessert. That being said it is only fair to state that my personal taste tends towards chocolate-y, thick, milky desserts. Though some of my favourite desserts are also light and fruity.

3. I do appreciate the unique flavours included in the dishes on offer, particularly the bon-bons, however the couple that I had with basil and berry flavours tasted a little too much like a bottled jam with a bit of pesto sauce mixed in. The flavours therefore were fine but felt a little artificial.

4. With regards to the dark chocolate again I admit that my predilection for thicker hot chocolates which are essentially just chocolate melted into cream or milk may have affected the score. If what you want from the hot chocolate is taste but not a thick texture then the hot chocolate is great. But personally the lack of my preferred texture along with prior rave reviews from my friends is what made me feel a little let down.

5. Thank you for responding to my original comment and I hope that my more detailed addendum helps with your understanding of my experience here. While I would stand by my original claim that you aren't yet my favourite dessert place in Pune you are probably the most innovative and I do applaud...

Worst ever service by Le Flamington. They have almost very little options for eating, most of them are stocked out, or rather I think that they do not prepare few items. Why dont they delist the items from the menu which is any way online. (I have asked for the same item three times at different visits and it is always not available.) Le Flamington had an amazing charm when they started. I have been visiting them since 2018-19 but since then they have not upgraded the menu, nothing new, also the service staff has become terribly rude and lethargic for your requirements. Unfortunately, Le Flamington has lost its charm.

Now I have not deleted this post but just edited it. Don't worry team, you took it personally and not as a constructive criticism, that is absolutely fine. Actually I didnt had time to post the photos and detail review but here I go. Sharing you two images which will be a proof that I was a genuine customer since past, Please check that.

Im not going deep with Mercedes and parked in no parking lot etc. The level of your reply tells how bad you serve people and take the criticism in negative way. No worries your loss. I prefer to respond and not reach unlike you. Anyways let's see how long you can go with this attitude and negligence.

Pro tip :- Prepare Dukes CTM first. Also make Thecha Mayo,etc. Their is a list of your sold out items before peak evening. There should be a line out there of people waiting, which is sadly not. At all times it's just lonely and empty.

You will need half of your life to just know what I built with happy customers and constructive criticism.
