McDonald's — Restaurant in Pune

I have been visiting this place a lot of times since years. But of late, I have observed that people on the counter do not want to bill and keep asking customers to use the kiosk. After using the kiosk, the machine many times can't take money, so we have to go to the counter to make payment.

Today it was heights, the kiosk didn't generate a bill and we couldn't make payment. I went to the counter to make payment and when I told the lady I want to pay in cash, she said the cash machine is busy and I should only pay online and they can't receive cash. She didn't give me any alternative. So I had to leave Mcd without ordering after wasting my time placing my order on the kiosk, just coz they don't receive cash payment. They should have kept a board saying we don't receive cash, I wouldn't have wasted my time.

Also previously, the staff was welcoming... But since quite a few visits, I have observed that the people on the counter have this subtle behaviour like, 'either come or get out, we don't care' kind of body language. The management seriously needs to train them properly.

This used to be my favourite hangout place. I have come here countless times all these years but now,I'll think twice...

Most importantly, the overall cleanliness and maintenance were impressive. The place was spotless and felt very well-managed. Whether you’re here for a quick snack or a longer meal with friends, this outlet really delivers a satisfying experience.
