Kwality Family Resto Bar — Restaurant in Pune

Kwality Resto Bar,

Albeit the majority of us know Kwality Resto isn't new around here, additionally as of late (not extremely) they had open up with their new branch situated close to magarpatta area...

On to the Point,

Vibe: The climate, so laid back, and the varied style worked ponders for the feeling. Within region looked warm and welcoming whereas the outside was surrounded by a Saplings..

Food : We opt for the Dakshina cuisine thus requested for "Andra Chilly Chicken" and "Paneer Tenali" from starters and of which I would prescribe you to attempt "Paneer Tenali" #musttry, The blend of the flavors was perfect, almost heavenly!

Andra Chilly Chicken n spite of the fact that the flavors covering was all ideal it didn't inspire me much and a touch of additional dryness was making me difficult to bite,

For the Main Course, we selected Tekdi Chicken Masala with Neer Dosa,

Tekdi Chicken: Truly not a major enthusiast of this#verylessrecommended, not sure why, might be i ordered a lot on my table ;)

Neer Dosa: In the simple word, perfect!

Likewise, with above, we requested a couple of sidekicks which was out and out great,

Finger Chips ( on interest by my little girl)

Veg Manchurian Dry

Service: just splendid as our attendant was available for us at every beck and call.

One thing which I like most was the Quantity, all sustenance things were served in the large portion.

Value for Money: Pocket friendly.

Generally, speaking my experience Report Card: 3/5.

The ambience wasn't good. The cashier had rude behaviour dont serve the correct good food and have any responsibility towards the food ingredients what to add and not. definitely not the good and best restaurant.would never suggest to have lunch or dinner but as they don't have manners for any customer specially the management don't take responsibility for their own wrong action chef not good this restaurant is just for the sake of money that they will earn and also check food that will be served as when asked for veg giving non veg that too given to one of my Jain friend now it has come to religion we follow and on top when said they pointing each other's stating he did mistake chef did mistake when it had clearly mentioned not to put anything which be a non veg for her.... When asked to call owner saying he is in meeting on the other part saying he will come here and saying can talk to him directly forcing to pay the bills as for which it is already we had given them the card but no manners. The place should probably shut down. As they have no respect towards some one's caste and religion.as if no responsibility towards any kind please do not be the can run...

We visited yesterday to celebrate my father's Birthday at Magarpatta branch of the restaurant and feels very much unhappy with the service provided. No doubt about the food quality, quantity and test. But following things to look after: ○ only one person there to take all the orders, all other persons are only for serving purpose, it's delaying the time of order taking and food delivery. ○ No prompt attent to customer. ○ Training need to provide about service standards, its affecting your image. ○ Google review attract us to your restaurant. ○ No phone number is updated on your google page, I want to book the table with special arrangement but unable to do so. Do look into the matter. ○ Timely clearance not done, no use of Salver while clearing the glass wear from table, no new cutlery and crockery offered after the appetizer course finished, I myself cleared the table to look fresh for the next course, no repeat order asked, order not repeated before placing the order and time taken not announced which by the order taker to avoid guest angryness.

I will look forward to visit again if all the points are taken care in positive manner.
