We recently visited Krishna Chaitanya Pure Veg Restaurant and were thoroughly disappointed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff, particularly a staff member named SOHAIL ANSARI
When we arrived, the restaurant was busy, with only two tables available â a 6-seater and a 4-seater. We were a group of 3 and arrived before another family, yet Sohail refused to let us sit at the 6-seater, falsely claiming it was reserved for a group of 6. That family, which actually had only 4 members, was allowed to take the table, while we were told to sit at a table right next to the entrance â an uncomfortable and undesirable spot.
Initially, we requested to be seated upstairs but were told it was closed for cleaning. However, we later saw another group being allowed upstairs. When we asked again, another staff member rudely exchanged glances with Sohail before reluctantly allowing us to go up. Once we sat down, SOHAIL instructed another staff member (right in front of us) not to let us sit there, saying âunko udhar mat baithao.â Despite the disrespect, we switched to another table again.
Service was lacking until the manager finally intervened after we expressed our concerns. Even after our meal, when we requested tissue paper to another staff not Sohail, Sohail rudely told us to use a towel instead, saying âye towel hai yahi use kro.â When we complained to the manager again, he did apologize, but Sohail showed no remorse and continued to justify his behavior in front of the manager.
Adding to the poor experience, there was constant loud noise and shouting from the kitchen staff. It was so disruptive that it felt like we were dining in a macchi market rather than a family restaurant. The lack of concern for customer comfort and basic etiquette was deeply disappointing.
Overall, we felt discriminated against and disrespected throughout our visit. This level of service and behavior is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures appropriate action is taken to prevent such experiences...

Read moreI had the misfortune of dining at Krishna Chaitanya Pure Veg recently, and it was an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
From the moment I stepped inside, a pervasive smell hung in the air that was far from appetizing. It honestly made me question the freshness of the ingredients. The uncleanness of the establishment was immediately apparent.
Tables were sticky, and there was a general lack of attention to hygiene that was quite off-putting. This made me increasingly wary of the food I was about to be served. Unfortunately, my fears were realized when the food arrived. Not only did it have an unpleasant odor, but the taste was equally disappointing. It was clear that the quality was severely lacking, and I couldn't bring myself to eat more than a few bites.
Adding insult to injury was the absolutely atrocious service. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. Getting their attention for anything was a struggle, and when we finally did, our concerns were met with indifference.
Overall, my experience at Krishna Chaitanya Pure Veg was thoroughly dreadful. The combination of uncleanness, terrible service, and frankly, the smell and taste of the food, makes this a place I would strongly advise anyone to avoid.
Save your money and your appetite â there are far better vegetarian options available. This restaurant needs a serious overhaul in terms of hygiene, food quality, and customer service. One star is far too generous for this...
