Ekab Hospitality is a serviced apartment located at Hadapsar, Opposite to Seasons Mall , This apartment may get unnoticed so keep in mind the land mark as opposite road to Seasons Mall.. Guard will register your details like personal information and Aadhar card number so keep Aadhar number handy.. It's a very busy road and there is lot of traffic specially during evenings due to signal close to this apartment. There is medical shop at the ground floor.. Lift is there in the building We had been there for 2 Nights and booked a 2 occupancy room.. +Ve Feedback Rooms were clean and bedsheets were clean, No foul smell.. Room cleaning was done appropriately. AC was really effective. Washroom were clean and Geysers worked well. Limited Parking Space though we did not have any issues. Menu for breakfast and dinner which was in package was Okay, Gravy and Dal was tasty though sometimes was limited and for few guests food got over... -Ve Feedback Once baggage is kept there is very limited space in room for movement, Washroom drainage system was choked up, Used to get flooded after bath. There was no mirror in the Washroom but mirror was there on Almera so it helped. TV remote was not working, we informed the room service but no luck anyways we were not much interested so I didn't follow-up to fix the issue... Sometimes Chapati were not soft and Rice also not completely cooked.. Dining area is small around 16 seating capacity.. Read moreI booked this Hotel via OYO App and my booking was confirmed immediately. I got 2 Options to make Payment - Pay at Hotel or Pay Now. I choose to make the Payment via Google Pay UPI on OYO App. Reached out to Hotel and the lady said she has not received the payment and OYO is doing fraud with many customers, so she cannot help. She said as Payment was done to OYO so reach out to them. Reached out to OYO Customer Care ,but they also did not help. I reached out multiple times to OYO Customer Care on call but they are listening to the issue and disconnecting the call. Amount has been debited from the Bank side and OYO and the Hotel both says they have not received the payment. There might be issue between OYO and this Hotel ,but we as customers need to face such issues and due to that my money is stuck. So i would not suggest anyone to book this hotel and avoid using OYO Apps as they are full...
