Al Hifazat Kababs and Caterers — Restaurant in Pune

A lot of people around Pune may just love this place for is cuisine...the food is tasty no doubt...however when it comes to hygiene and hospitality..this place is a big NO NO..a few days back I visited al hifazat as my husband wanted to eat drumsticks (chicken lollipop)... I placed the order...I assumed the person talking the order will give us freshly cooked ones...however he gave us the ones put in display also the person serving had extremely dirty hands ...his nails were all black with dirt accumulated in them...I felt sqeemish..... When we disputed about the food given from the display..the owner began arguing and said rudely that al hifazat never serves stale food... Who knows how long it had been out for display...also when we actually ate the chicken lollipop..it did taste horrible...I asked the owner to taste the same..he refused and kept arguing in anger....I have no idea what pride he has in giving display food to people....he is rude most of the times...I mean...if u want to do business you have learn how to talk to ua customers first... And behave like a brat who doesn't mind if he looses one of his customers... ultimately there will be a number of people realise the same thing....also the place is not very clean...the kitchen is dirty.. hygiene is a...

This is an Ok place. We took lot of things as take away... Like Chicken kebab, chicken korma, chicken biryani.

We had chicken seekh kebab with paav. This was Ok and I saw most of the people having that only.

Chicken red kebab: This was not at all fresh and didn't taste good at all.

Chicken korma: This was a gravy based dish but tasted like any home made chicken gravy. Nothing special here.

Chicken Tikka Biryani: This was just ok dish. Tasted just like any other biryani joint will serve.

So in all, I don't see any reason why one should specifically go to this place except having a piece of chicken seekh kebab...

I had ordered Chicken Seekh Kebab, Chicken Dum and Chickend Leg biryani through swiggy on 2/01/2019. I hardly give bad reviews but this whole order made me go crazy. Worst Food Packaging. It could have been opened by anyone and anyone can taste and eat it and put it back as it is. No tapes, Stickers. Reminds me of Zomato incident.

Worst biriyani in my life that i have tasted it was tasteless, bland, COLD.. If we have payed Rs434 we expect some quality. There was zero DUM in biriyani and couldn't eat leg biriyani had to throw it away.... I never waste food but this whole order mad me do that. . Worst...
