Velocity Yerwada — Restaurant in Pune

We have been a regular visitor of this place since my spouse work at the same location "Creaticity". We often found delayed service and only a few dishes are good. You will have to run behind the peple again and again to get served. With very poor service, you will be paying 7-8% service charge too. In a instance, we were served used beer refilled into tower which was replaced after protest. In our last visit on 7th May 2023, we were served what we didnt order which we accepted since the food served was already very late and we were accompanied with kids. While payment we noticed, we were charged for stuff which was never served and rate list on their menu card was not matching with invoice generated. When i argued, the response was menu card is not updated. I mentioned, that we have been a regular customer and menu remains same since last 5-6month. they started threatning. One of them even said " free mei khane aaya hai kya yaha pe" "Tumhara order nahi tha khaya kyu..kha pike complain chalu". This all was very unprofessional. I wanted to get their owner/manager no which wasn't provided. And finally, we had no option but to pay and leave. Guys, please double check your bill specially if you have ordered drinks. Don't visit if accompanied with kids and have lots of patience because even with 3-4 customer you will be served very late. I have been hearing about this place from past 3 to 4 months , last Saturday was the day when I actually got a chance to dine there. its a huge 250 cover restaurant. They have a huge menu which serves you multi cuisine We had order tandoori chicken Which came like sizzler and was pipinghad thin crust pizza was good enough for us For main course we had order few chinese and northindian dishes And ended up with sizzling cho olate browniee with vanilla icecream service was excellent Bar tender had suggested few drinks which were outstanding They serve cockatails and mocktail we had order Purple rain cocktail and spicy Guava and water melon cooler mocktail

They have huge dance floor with superb lightings which i had since for first time in the pub town Also they have a good DJ who play very well which gets you to the dance floor and...

Food is average with rates for drinks and food are way above than average, staff is okay they pretend that they are helping but not really, we had a team party and they have messed up with our orders for so many times that we had to appoint one person from team to make sure they are sending the stuff which we orders and with correct quantity, i really doubt if they serve genuine alchol, they were trying to play smart when we ordered full bottle of black label, they got already opened bottle and trying to pretend that its fresh bottle,...
