Brew house — Restaurant in Pune

The waiter looked disinterested in serving. Any question asked was returned with a non smiling nod of head. He looked irritated on simple questions such as "Do you have beer Pitcher" to which the answer came equally swiftly and bluntly "No" Later I looked around they serve Beer Tower. (He could have just mentioned that) Beer and it's prices isn't mentioned on the Drinks Menu strangely.

I confronted him as to why was his mood so off, he then realised it's going south and then pulled a forced smile.

Asked for Red Bull LIT which was same price as coke version. He said Red Bull is out of stock. Asked if they can make it with Diet Coke, the response was a swift "No" 😐 We said they can charge extra for Diet Coke which is really how we planned it anyways then he confirmed it at the counter and agreed.

Had normal LIT, 1+1 offer for 600 + vat + SC

Ordered Nachos and Fries which were good. SC is charged for everything.

AC was off only blower was on.

Manager was helpful upon requesting him for some loose change to pay the mall parking fees which strangely they insist cash.

Next day we both had stomach infection for some odd reason. Wont...

It's very new in Creaticity mall. The main advantage is that they have their own brew setup but you expect to have a large collection of beers but surprisingly they have only one when we visited which was a turn off apart from that they don't have any tap beers, the kf pint cost around 250 bucks which was very high considering near by joints. No doubt the ambience and music is good they also have quite good offers but as a beer drinker it was not useful for me. Apart from that service is very slow considering the space they are running short of staff although staff were good and humble. Food was pretty much good although we only had veg crispy.

Did not have a good experience at all. Basic order of peri peri fries was goofed up. It was some black masala not pleasant in taste at all. Despite raising the concern to the waiter he instead argued that this is exactly how it's made and this is what we serve. We were chefs sitting at the table as customers. Haha....
