Excellent Pizza, very innovative - new taste with the Chipotle Cheese Base!! Delicious Pizza and it's originally oven baked.

I was very sceptical, and not sure whether or not to order Pizza here, since the overall ratings about delivery time was low. Also Their app was offering 50% discount, so the Veg Maharaja which is supposed to be 540, was delivered at 270! And hence instead of paying online, I opted for COD and guess what, I received the pizza in 25 minutes, against the 40 minute expectations set during order.

Their delivery person also smiled, wished and then handed over the pizza courteously. Best part is that the Pizza delivered, looked exactly the same as given on their app. Great Pizza, Great Service and Good Timing. Keep up the good work and do maintain...

Ovenstory has the worst delivery services ever. These buggers accept your order and then cancel it half an hour later saying "we can't deliver beyond 5-6 kms" while the distance is 3.9 kms barely. They inform you late enough to make sure you can't order from anywhere else. A drunk delivery guy made calls to me and my female flatmate and sent someone else to deliver the pizza after 2 hours on 06/04 and today my order was simply cancelled without any prior notice. The customer care executives are absolutely useless. I've had to connect with 3 different customer care executives who repeated the same sentence like a bot "we will highlight this issue". Too Bad to link any story of your experience with food that too with Pizza, what you can go wrong with Pizza and sides. Same taste across the menu and it not fresh either. I ordered half of the menu from the listed menu and apart from cheese pizza rest all the deserts, pasta, sides was just not worth even half of the price.
