Value-for-Money Veg restaurant. Chat platter: good. Thali: decent. Chapati/roti good, sabji in thali could be better.
Recommended for lunch/dinner if you are in swargate. Walkable from swargate bus stand and rickshaw stands.
Ambience is basic but neat. They have a compact AC section too. Not much of an ambience place. But if you are looking for having quick lunch /dinner then this should do.
Service is ok. Not bad.
About the food - Most of the items were decent. We had chat platter which was good. Which comes with small quantities of multiple chats like dahi wada, Pani Puri, shev Puri, dahi Sev Puri. All the items were good except for the red chutney/paani being too sweet. It's a good concept and I enjoyed it.
We also had veg thali here. Thali is decent. Chapati /roti good. Sabjis could be a bit better. Paneer sabji gravy was a bit sour, dal was a a little bit salty, and mix veg was ok. But overall thali was decent.
Cutleries and tables were clean.
Overall recommended for quick...
Read moreI had a wonderful dining experience at this authentic Rajasthani restaurant. The ambiance truly reflects the rich culture of Rajasthan, with traditional décor, colorful interiors, and warm hospitality. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring we had a comfortable meal.
The food was the highlight – we ordered a Rajasthani thali, and it was absolutely delicious. Each dish had a unique taste, especially the dal baati churma, gatte ki sabzi, and ker sangri. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spices. The freshly made rotis and buttermilk complemented the meal beautifully.
Portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable for the quality and variety offered. The restaurant also maintained good hygiene and cleanliness throughout.
If you're looking to enjoy traditional Rajasthani cuisine in a cozy and cultural setting, this place is highly recommended. I will definitely be...
Read moreThe location is at one of the most busiest part of the city, it took us a lot of patience just to get there it self due to the heavy traffic and when we reached there we were told there is no parking space so you can find a space yourself without any assistance (it's a one way road) so I somehow managed to park on the opposite side of the road for which I had to take a 3 km drive, when we finally reached i was said that we would have to wait for half an hour, as soon as we were seated we ordered pav bhaji and hara hara kabab, when the pav bhaji arrived I could only see one side of the pav and that too not heated, and the hara bhara kabab were good but too salty, also the prices were charged higher than what we saw in the menu, pav bhaji was 155 in menu but we were charged 180 and harabhara kabab was 175 in menu but 190 on bill + GST separately, when I asked why the difference I got no response, it is one of the worst...
