Went there for attending a meeting as a usual Starbucks thing. The music was a little louder at the place politely requested to reduce the volume - the first junior staff denied saying the “audit” team controls the volume and it’s impossible to reduce it. Politely asked the senior staff for same he said it’ll be little low but not a lot - agreed. Joined meeting in a few mins the volume goes higher than usual level. Paused the meeting asked them to keep it low the the same staff says it’s impossible to reduce it now. Attended many meetings from other Starbucks both in India and Europe never faced such an issue. I neither hate it nor do i love it. Is it spacious? yes. Are the drinks good? I've had better. Placed an order through the app, had to go inside and remind them I've placed an order. After which they forgot to make the order ended up going again to remind the entire process was 40mins long in order to receive a drink. Should also have a smoking zone outside. A little maintenance is needed as the humidifier fan spit water all over my electronics kept on the side chair which i noticed later (thank God it's water proof). Pretty unimpressed considering its...
