Worst experience. These people are so rude. They behave like they don't need customer. I asked him glass, he reluctantly gave it to me. I asked him whom to order then that too he answered me arrogantly. At last he was ready to fight for no reasons. Never visit this place. They spoiled my day. Read carefully what happened here- 1.Chair was not at all comfortable so I gently picked the chair and put(without pulling on floor). For this owner is saying that I changed the entire indoor setting. Waah... A kid can also Imagine if it is possible for a customer to change entire indoor sitting. (Already there is small space). Replacing one chair due to valid reason does not mean 'changing entire indoor sitting'. 2.Secondly, the carpet was not torn at all. When owner said that carpet torn, I asked him to show them.he showed me the joining edge of carpet which is usually visible and which was same below the table, too and not below the chair only. Now, the man had no point to say. He is saying about CCTV, I would request him to prove the carpet tearing in cctv footage. If it is proved, I will pay for repair. Mainly owner didn't say even a word politely. When I told him that the chair is not comfortable, he was so rude and asked me to sit outside. 4.He had asked me to restore the chair which I was doing. At the same time he was continuously saying (vicharat nahi, kahi nahi, maza carpet kharab kela etc) 5. He tried to insult me badly with no reason. How can one customer sit there further?? So I canceled the prepaid order. Anyway that was not even picked. Dear consumers, this owner is now saying something in defence just for cleaning cafes's image on Google review. If you really do not want to spoil your day, never visit. These people are...
Read moreI always wondered what this cafe would be like while passing through the Potnis Parisar road. Yesterday, we thought of exploring it. Simply put it was bad! They have a no sharing rule for drinks! 2 people cannot share 1 drink. No Andaz Apna Apna fan I assume! 🤣 The interior is good and slightly different. We had a Bombay masala sandwich and "Two" separate thick cold coffee. By 'Bombay masala sandwich' you expect a big, hearty 3 layered sandwich but they have a really simple and tasteless version of it!! It is just 2 slices of bread and with potato bhaji (I can do better at home!) Lightly toasted on the outside, cut into 4 pieces. Very undesirable! I thought they may shout "No Sharing" when we ordered only 1 sandwich but thankfully that didn't happen! The coffee wasn't that well made. It was thick, the quantity was good but no taste again. Compare this to Maskawala and the sandwiches are better, the taste is lovely, and the coffee is tastier and cheaper as well! I wonder, if people compare and understand market rates and quality before starting a business? 🤷 This is just my personal experience, I am sure this won't be the same for anyone else. Different people have different...
