Walking into Taiken feels like stepping into a little piece of Pan Asia 🌏 – the aesthetics are on point, blending subtle touches from Japan, Thailand, Korea & beyond.

The food? 💯 Authentic. No unnecessary “Indian twist” – just pure flavors the way they’re meant to be. As someone who travels frequently to Japan 🇯🇵, I’m very picky about my Miso soup, and to my surprise, Taiken nailed it! The flavor was spot-on, and the Gyoza had that perfect texture (something I rarely find even in established pan-Asian places). 🥟✨

Special shoutout to Albert 🙌 – with 28 years of hospitality experience in Dubai, his personal touch made the whole evening even more memorable. The staff is genuinely courteous and makes sure you leave with that “special” feeling.

One the few things missing at Nyati Mall are restaurants and Taiken fills that void. This is by far a good Asian restaurant in the area. The food , taste, ingredients are authentic yet tasty. Limited options for kids. Service is very capable and friendly. Biggest plus is the Thai chef. Prices are high plus the 10% service charge but the quality is worth. Quantity feels bit less like chicken in curry. Ingredients used are fresh and exotic. Very few options for eggetarians. No Sake or beer on the menu yet. Expect to shell out high bill. If the food, taste and quality with good serivce continues then this will be the go to place. But they should have some partner offers to make this a sweeter deal like many others. Chicken gyoza, thai curry, nigiri are another level! Will recommend and re visit to try rest of dishes.

EDIT Visited for 2nd time and the extra star 🌟 is for the Thai chef. He gives amazing recommendations of food items especially thai. Their green curry is one of the best in Pune. They have a in house points redemption system...

I visited this Pan-Asian restaurant today with my colleagues, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Every dish we tried was bursting with authentic Thai flavors and beautifully presented.

From the Som Tam to the Pad Thai (Prawn), each item had a distinct, refreshing taste. The restaurant sources its ingredients directly from Thailand, and that authenticity truly reflects in the food. Special mention to the Thai Green Curry Chicken and Yam Khao Tord — both were exceptional and packed with flavor.

The ambiance is elegant yet comfortable, with tasteful décor that gives a perfect blend of modern and traditional Thai vibes. The service was prompt, courteous, and professional throughout our visit.

A pleasant surprise awaited us at the end — complimentary desserts, which added a sweet touch to an already wonderful meal.
