I'm the happiest person to review this place where I just visited this place where staff are from heaven and don't know how to behave with customers. I was the first one who faced worst staff at highstreet and then back to me couples were assaulted by their behaviour. Trust me never ever visit this place in your life here. I have the videos of the behaviour which unfortunately can't upload here. 1. I was observing these guys where social distancing protocol was followed partially and saw that they didn't allowed my sister and sister-in-law at the same time and back to that they allowed couples inside simultaneously. When I asked the question about it they started arguing with me. Couples wanted to replace some item for which they started comparing themselves with D-mart and started fighting with that customer too.. finally security arrived here to sort it out. But trust me they're nonsense staff and would recommend to not visit there. There's a one more cake shop where you can visit which is at exit...

Always loved the pastries! I have been a loyal / regular customer to the brand . But today I had a bad experience for the first time. Firstly when i entered both employees at the counter had cold approach as I was interfering their business. I had to call and ask twice to give my order and that too with no other customers. And for the sandwich I ordered I asked the lady at counter twice to heat it. Still she again confirmed wether she should heat. Inspite of all that after I got my sandwich and opened it to eat inside my car I was disappointed to find cold as same as it was taken from the chiller. The other person at the counter didn't have the courtesy to tell what the bill amount was or to look at my face and reply to it. Had to ask for spoons for my pastry. Never ever had this kind of approach from employees...
