We visited this place without prior knowledge of any ongoing promotions. Upon sitting down, we noticed a promotional card mentioning 50% Off and Buy One Get One Free. When we inquired about the offer, the staff informed us that only the Buy One Get One Free offer was applicable.
We then ordered one menu item priced at ₹260 and requested a second one(same price) to avail of the offer. The staff initially agreed, but at the billing counter, we were told that the free item must be of lesser value. This condition was not mentioned anywhere on the promotional material or terms and conditions, which felt quite misleading.
To add to the disappointment, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager was unhelpful and seemed unable to comprehend even basic customer queries. Shockingly, within a span of just 40 minutes, we witnessed arguments between the staff and at least three other customers. Mainly the test was below the average List will go on and on...
I just wanted to clarify in response to the owner's reply. We didn’t go there because of any offers — it was our first and will be our last visit to this place.
When we arrived, we came to know about the offer and asked the waiter before placing our order if it would be possible to have two separate bills. He said yes. However, at the time of billing, he refused, which led to the entire issue.
Regarding the parcel: we had ordered two fried rice dishes. They were so tasteless that we didn’t even touch the second one. We thought of giving it to someone in need, so we asked for it to be packed. The waiter confirmed that it could be packed, so we didn’t argue...

I am absolutely LIVID! This so-called "restaurant" has committed the ultimate culinary sin. I ordered a vegetarian dish, and what did I find? CHICKEN! Yes, you read that right – CHICKEN in my VEGETARIAN food!
This is beyond unacceptable. It's a complete and utter disregard for dietary choices and preferences. How careless, disrespectful, and downright idiotic do you have to be to make such a horrendous mistake? Clearly, this place has no concern for their customers' orders, or worse, they just don’t care.
Do they not understand that people choose vegetarianism for a variety of deeply personal and ethical reasons? This isn't just a minor error – it's an outrageous and inexcusable violation of trust.
And let's not even talk about the lackluster quality of the rest of the food. Bland, uninspired, and absolutely not worth the time or money. But the real kicker? The blatant incompetence and sheer disrespect of serving meat to a vegetarian customer.
If you value your dietary choices, your peace of mind, and your respect as a customer, STAY FAR AWAY from this place. This is not just a one-star review – it’s a warning. This restaurant has shown their true colors, and they are nothing short of disgusting.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They clearly don't deserve...
Read moreOutdoor seating, but it was pleasant with the heavy downpour. Food is excellent. Service very good. We had the chef special soup, Thai yellow curry with burnt garlic rice and a nonya rice. Only critique being don't add sweetener to the curry, Indians (except Goans and Gujaratis perhaps) don't like sweet non veg curries; nonya rice wasn't authentic, it was more an Indian pudina pulao. The additions of sprinkles, though of crispy fried onions with green onion and crispy garlic with chilli flakes and were good. A good example of how this city's food goes from good to worst. Second visit on 19:10:23. We had supposedly prawns momo -but it was chicken yay team saved ingredients for their pvt party; Thai soup - it was ok and combo chef special rice - nukkad food. Cold rice wrapped in flat omlet with a gravy in the centre. All items made in the same orange sauce. This time no condiments like before - team saved out for their party again. But motor mouth waiter confidently tried...
