Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Pune

visited wow momo in westemd mall and I should say one of the worst experience I have faced. I am a momo lover so I explore every outlet and street shops of momod . But here on wow momo(westind mall) I order fried momos worth 256. After 10 mins i got my order. When I picked up the momo to eat, it suddenly got squeezed with oil bring stuck on overall fingers. So i went their and politely ask this is not crispy at all and top of it too oily after 10 mins they give me the same momos by putting it into oil, but the sane scenario. I again politely said take your time but this is not the quality we are expecting. So what he did is he keep away the plate aside for 10 mins showing they are working to improve on it and when i asked if order id done so then he pick up the plate and again put into the oil making us fool infront of everyone. We took that eat 1-2 of it by draining its oil by tissue and leave away smoothly. We always converse them in a polite manner, but this type of unprofessionalism behaviour by a popular chain outlet is not acceptable. Its not all about making money its about satisfying customer.

Never ever visit wow momo instead try other nearest outlet or rather go to street vendor they will provide better quality compared to this.

The person who is taking order and running the outlet has no ethics and professionalism. He silently fools...

Atmosphere is ZERO as it is just a Kiosk in the food court. And Service? It is self service.

Whether indulging in a celebratory feast or seeking a quick, satisfying meal on the go, Wow China at Westend Mall does offer a culinary sanctuary for discerning palates. And I repeat “Nothing is Chinese”...

Highly unprofessional and rude staff!! They don't follow queue. Visited on Saturday, Dec 14, after movie around 10:30 PM. I was at counter placing my order then suddenly one out of queue person approached and counter guy start handling him. I ignored it and waited for counter guy's attention. He finished out of turn order first. Then I started talking to my wife and another guy jumped queue and counter guy started handling him. I ignored that too and waited patiently. Then for 3 rd time my turn came. Before I could speak, counter guy asked the guy standing behind me: Sir, your order please. That was unbelievable!! I countered the counter guy but he said you are not in queue. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. I objected then finally he agreed to take order but I was very upset and didn't place...
