on 03.09.2018 went to CCD , Mall Road Ludhiana in the afternoon and started looking the menu card placed at the counter, to my great surprise and shock what I noticed was that the sweeper was cleaning the mop(pocha) in the sink where the utensils are washed. looking at that I asked the manager where do u wash the utensils, he said in the sink . I said the same where the sweeper is cleaning the mop, at this he got bit flinched and started murmuring at him.

We visit CCD 's just to spend some quality time by intaking quality food and drinks at the cost of such high prices . But now have come to know that CCD people are just befooling us by serving us unhygienic food at the name of its brand. shame on u people

I am in pain to say that I lost my trust from this brand CCD and would recommend others also not to...

Food was good, just like any other CCD.when i placed my order, the staff did not have change for 1000, so i was told to go back to my table and that it’ll be brought to our table. We finished our meals and left the premises. We were there for a good 30 mins. We were not reminded for the change while leaving and wasn’t brought while we were there. The change was about 180 inr. At this point its not about the money but about the dishonesty of the staff. Which makes me feel like never wanna go...

This place is great if you are looking for a quick bite or getting a meal. If you have a sweet tooth, I recommend the Sizzle My Brownie sundae.
