So I went to the shop 2 days back and purchased 3-4 items and one of the salesman forgot to put laddoos in the bag and on reaching home i checked and called them and they said yes we forgot to put laddoos the in bag and we can come anytime to collect it. so we went today to get the missing item however with their way of talking and behaviour I was really shattered and he in a way mentioned that we are lying we never had laddoos in our order. I recently ordered chole bhature for packing, and to my surprise, I was charged Rs. 15 for a basic disposable plate. What’s worse is that no bill was provided for this extra charge. Charging for a disposable plate without proper invoicing is not only unethical but also seems to violate consumer protection laws.

A disposable plate for takeaway should ideally be complimentary or included in the food cost. Such practices come off as a scam, and customers should be aware of these hidden charges.
