One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. We walked in expecting to enjoy a good meal, but unfortunately, we didn’t even get to the stage of placing an order because of the staff’s behavior. From the very beginning, they were rude, unwelcoming, and completely disinterested in attending to us. Instead of greeting or assisting, they acted as if serving customers was a burden.

A restaurant is not only about food—it’s about hospitality and the overall experience. When the staff shows arrogance and zero respect for guests, it reflects very poorly on the management as well. We left without ordering, simply because the attitude of the staff made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome.

There are plenty of places that value their customers and treat them with respect—this is definitely not one of them. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone who expects even the basic standards of courtesy...

Overall NO to this place because they take customer for granted If u are going with a group of members ( family / friends ) Try some where else friends

Cons 1 service man for 12 adults and 7 kids after complaining 1 more person joined from staff but still poor service less options for main course in veg not at all helping or cooperating staff ( asked to lower the sound but he bluntly said no) ( asked for extra empty bowls and water glass but didn’t get on time ) ( when informed for slow service he said bluntly is se jaldi Kya karen) ( no party poopers allowed for cake cutting and they said directly to cut the cake on road ) Means NO RESPECT OR COOPERATION for customer Though bill was 20000 which is very expensive compared to by the fall or borgo and other very good restaurants
