Coffee Day — Restaurant in Punjab

I am regular customer of Café Coffee Day around places. But very first time I felt like no Café Coffee Day feeling in this outlet as the staff was looking just like new comers. The servicing person was little inexperienced as of the other CCD's I visit. And on the other hand I ordered a Big Crunch Veg Classic Burger. The taste was not up to the mark. Coffee was good as it should be. But disappointed with my last visit at store with service as well as product...

Cafe Coffee Day is a great chain but the staff at this location is killing it. They do not care for the patrons. Even with all the SOPs, they end up messing drinks, as simple as cold coffee.
