Heebee Coffee — Restaurant in Punjab

I just had a coffee and a mojito… i told the barista beforehand to keep the coffee strong and minimal to no sugar but they sent very sweet coffee ; however the staff asked bout the same like is it upto the mark and attended to my issue very promptly and changed it to a great coffee… however the prices seemed very high like a student wont be able to come here idk bout anything else yet whenever i’ll go again will update the review…. The look of the place is great except idk why they have hung some low quality flowers down the ceiling which are just making it look shabby as the look is quite minimal and modern and the flowers are just not going… in all its good like for once in a while but a bit hefty on the wallet… Although they have a sort of criteria that u’ll start getting cashback or discount idk once u have completed some milestones which is a nice tactic to attract people to spend more… about the food its great like i didnt had any thincrust pizza which here in jalandhar had a taste of its sauce but they had which was great and the staff is really super great! Totally disappointed by service…. Visited almost 12th time or since the opening of HeeBee but didn’t experienced this kind of behaviour. I ordered iced coffees and the cashier girl wore blazer was like we have soy milk, oat milk , skim milk but she didn’t mentioned normal milk . After her suggestions i told her that i want normal milk in coffees again she tried to suggest other milk options thats very disrespectful behaviour. In the opening days i was fully satisfied with management, taste and service but now footfall of the Heebee is so down maybe lacking in management. One more thing i also felt yesterday that one guy front of me ordered coffees she used that same suggestions and that guy agreed for another milk option. Being local guide I share my true feedback and reviews. I liked the ambiance and vibes. The warm welcome greetings by the manager and menu well explained when you get it. First of all it's they have great range of beverages especially the milk and coffee. You can get it customized the way you want it. I landed up for breakfast and choosing stuff Kulcha (presented well) was a bad choice (it was topped with paneer gravy, that was too sweet to have).
