This was my worst ever experience with this hotel, i booked this hotel at 10:00 PM, 18th april 2024, and they confirmed me. A lady and a gentle boy confirmed the room and when i came at 11:00 PM

Pathetic Service Came here at 12 Noon No AC, when asked with staff their reply was "Din me AC nhi chalta" nor indoor sitting was given due to some work. Imagine this in hot June summer and they gave us a cooler.
