I recently had the opportunity to dine at a restaurant that had quite a reputation for its expensive food. While the prices were definitely steep, I have to admit that the taste of the food more than made up for it.

As for the customer service, I'd say it was fairly average. The staff was polite enough, but I didn't feel like they went out of their way to make our dining experience particularly special. We weren't really acknowledged as special guests, but the restaurant was quite busy, so it's possible that they were just stretched thin.

Despite the average customer service, I would definitely recommend this restaurant for its delicious food. Each dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. It was clear that the chef and kitchen staff put a lot of effort into crafting each dish to perfection.

I have been a regular visitor since when a masala dosa cost only ₹15/- n a plate of idli was only ₹10/-....yes u heard it right n I m not at all joking. But I guess as they grew in size n stature, the customer service took a backseat totally. Today i. e. on 19.10.2021, I ordered a masala dosa after much efforts to search a waiter who could take my order. There were many waiters who I saw were fighting with each other as to who will take orders or serve the guests. I completely empathize with them as they work hard all day but I have issues with the proprietor as he is responsible for staff welfare n guest comfort too. At ₹100/- each for a masala dosa n that too if it is soggy without being crispy, its absolutely a waste of time, money n effort for a customer who is looking for good quality n authentic south indian taste.
