Pandit ji de Kulche Chane — Restaurant in Punjab

I had ordered a plate of butter chana kulcha during my train journey today. Primarily the quality of chanas was poor with chana gravy being too watery. One would need to dip deep in the gravy to find the chana. Kulchas were soft but of no use coz it was impossible to eat them with chanas served in plastic bag rather than a bowl. A bowl, spoon and napkin and better chanas would have made it edible. Total waste of money...
