Great food but absolute mess of a staff and service. Routine practice of ignoring the kid while bringing cutlery be it plates or spoon. Is he to eat with hand like savages. The manager thinks he is above customers. Left the food untouched. I am sorry Nik Baker's but you lost a customer. EDIT 2 As per your reply I had already connected with your customer care. Got a call from Kusum feeling sorry but that's a inconsequential. A lame effort. I would have appreciated if someone higher up had connected. You should take this opportunity to make a statement especially seeing the rate at which you are trying to grow. Make a statement for your employee's. " Customer service and experience is equally important as food". Ensure that this does not happen. Take concrete action. Fire/ suspend the responsible. EDIT3 Got the call from some one in rank. She was apologetic and ensured of a strict action. But again I have no idea about that. If you really want the apology to count please state the action taken. This will ensure that Nik Baker's upholds it's position as a customer centric place....

I kinda dislike giving dislike reviews but here's one anyway. So I went here for the first time this past week and honestly, I was excited to try it out. The first thing that bummed me out was the decor.. eh. It was so retro and dull. Won't call it a romantic, to-take-your-date-to place. Also, the tables were all shakey.

Next, so just the blueberry pancakes and Americano were ordered.... and the price to quantity ratio was another (shocking) bummer. Especially for the pancakes. They were good... but just 3 pancakes, more or less 3-3.5", pancakes 😂😭 with a tiny blueberry compote bowl (calling it a bowl is an exaggeration, however, it didn't finish, so there's that).

So yeah, considering from the first visit, it doesn't seem like a place I'd like to go to again (unless given a very good reason to). I had kinda high hopes, but yeah,...
