When I had made a successful payment using the UPI app, the manager said they had not received the message, and he also did not have access to that particular phone. Instead of offering assistance or finding a solution, the manager exhibited a rude and impatient attitude towards me and cancelled my order.

Rather than empathizing with my situation, the manager dismissed my concerns and insinuated that the issue was solely my responsibility. Their lack of customer service skills and unwillingness to provide any form of support were highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Furthermore, the manager's behavior was disrespectful and demeaning. They spoke to me in a condescending tone and exhibited impatience, as if my inconvenience inconvenienced them. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances.

This incident highlights a broader issue with the management at Ice Cream Studio. It is clear that the staff lacks proper training in handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
