Pyramid Café lounge & bar is my favourite restaurant for party in India. It is a place where you can enjoy café by day, lounge by evening and club at night. At Pyramid, the party never stops. Pyramid Club is undoubtedly the most happening and exciting place of the town with industry’s most celebrated music artists performing LIVE band to lift your spirits. The beautiful ambience with multi cuisine restaurant attracts us to enjoy our weekend here. You can order almost all types of hard drinks as well. Moreover, they give you complementary soya chips also. They have their own fresh chill microbrewery with different of different flavour all away from the Germany. Me and my friends always prefer Pyramid brand at our first priority because their staff treat us as family. A soulful place with beautiful ambience, dim lights and marvellous music. Great place to spend time with family and friends. Food is also affordable and tasty. Perfect photography is one of the best things over there. Moreover, a separate smoking zone is there which does not spoil the overall atmosphere. Personally, I enjoyed a lot. The waiters were very nice and the food was great. I can surely recommend this place to my friends and family. We ordered a variety of veg and non veg dishes. I loved both of them personally. They have 15-16 outlets in North India with the Egyptian theme. I really love their Mutton Biryani. Smells good, the taste of Ghee and flavours of spices are excellent. The meat is cooked perfectly with the masalas and good to embrace with the rice. The add-on’s Raitha, papad and Gravy too provided an additional taste, which complimented the biryani very well. 31/01/2025 My recent experiences at Club Pyramid, Ludhiana, have been profoundly disappointing. I visited on Thursday, hoping to enjoy quality time in a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but enjoyable. Not only was my personal space repeatedly invaded, but I was also interrupted over billing issues that could have easily waited until the appropriate time. This unnecessary disturbance resulted in a financial loss of few hundred dollars, as I missed a crucial stock trade.

Despite this unpleasant encounter, I decided to give the establishment another chance and revisited on Saturday with a friend. To my dismay, I was again unnecessarily disturbed over billing matters, well before it was even time to settle the check. Worse still, my pizza was handled with bare hands—a blatant disregard for basic hygiene standards.

When I attempted to voice my concerns to the manager, Parkash, he indifferently dismissed me mid-conversation, shifting his attention to another customer instead. This display of disrespect and apathy was simply unacceptable.

To my fellow Ludhianvis, if you value respectful service, personal space, and proper hygiene, I strongly advise against visiting Pyramid. There are undoubtedly far better places in the city that genuinely prioritize their patrons’ experience. I hope this message finds you well. I recently had the opportunity to visit your club, and I wanted to provide some feedback on my experience. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the level of service and the quality of the food that was provided.

Firstly, the service was exceptionally slow, which made the overall dining experience quite frustrating. It seemed as though the team was either understaffed or not properly trained to handle the volume of customers. This resulted in long wait times and a lack of attention to our needs.

Furthermore, the food quality was far from acceptable. The dishes we ordered were not prepared to the standard we expected. The ingredients seemed lackluster, and the overall taste was underwhelming. It was evident that the kitchen staff did not put much effort or care into the preparation of the meals.

Additionally, I found the team to be quite irresponsible and unprofessional. There was a lack of attentiveness and a general disregard for customer satisfaction. It was disheartening to witness such behavior from a club that prides itself on providing a high level of service.

I understand that every establishment can have off days, and I sincerely hope that this feedback helps you identify areas for improvement. I believe in giving second chances, and I am willing to revisit your club in the future if I see a genuine effort to rectify these issues.
