Domino's Pizza | JP Mall, Mount Abu — Restaurant in Rajasthan

I ordered two 6-in-1 pizzas (2 quantities). At the time of delivery, we raised concerns about one of the pizza boxes, but the delivery agent flatly denied any issue, insisting everything was fine. Upon opening the box, we found the pizzas completely ruined—everything was mixed up to the point where it was impossible to tell which combinations were even in the box.

We immediately tried calling the delivery agent four times, but he deliberately ignored every call. Left with no choice, we went directly to the store to report the issue. The store manager heard us out but refused to initiate a refund and casually assured us it would be done “the next morning.”

While we were explaining the situation, the night shift manager walked in and, without even understanding the situation, started arguing aggressively, threatened us, and verbally abused us right there in the store. Completely unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable behavior from someone who’s supposed to manage customer service.

Till now, no refund has been issued. To make matters worse, the day shift manager gave us a fake number for Manager Mahendra Singh, clearly trying to avoid responsibility.

In short, this was easily the worst customer service experience of my life. If you’re looking to be insulted, threatened, and ignored, this outlet is the perfect place.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent experience I had with your services. As a long-time customer, I have always trusted Domino's to deliver quality food and reliable service, but my latest order has made me seriously reconsider my patronage.

Firstly, the delivery was significantly delayed. Despite being assured that my order would arrive within 30 minutes, it took over an hour to get to me. The pizza was cold and unappetizing by the time it arrived. And they did not provide any chilli flakes and oregano sachets, the delivery boy said if we have any delivery in your area will send it was very rude. You cannot miss this Domino's when you are in Mount Abu, infact it has become a landmark. One of the few places in the hill station where you can enjoy soft crust pizza with cheese bust. I would recommend for a take away as the eating space is limited and you will enjoy the hot pizza with the steaming hot choco lava much more on the bench seats besides Nakki lake. Nakki lake is at a stone throw distance from here so it makes this junction a busy place.
