The only reason I would give this place an extra star other then the negative I wanted to give it was because of the waiter we had.. The manager, Ritesh, was terrible at customer service. We came to enigma after looking at Google reviews.. We were greeted with 2 woman who automatically said they were full and were unwilling to help. Once the manager came, he was able to seat us in the terrace which was nice of him. We thought this was going to be the end of the trouble but then it got worse. The appetizers were suggested by the waiter and came out pretty good.. The were vegetarian so it was not to long till we got the food.. We then were in the mood for a spicier chicken dish and so the waiter suggested the chicken tika .. The waiter told us that the chicken would come boneless and we informed that we wanted bone-in.. We ended up ordering the buyer chicken. So as we sat and waited for over 20 min(yes 20 min) we asked the waiter to please check in the food.. He called down and came back to tell us 5 min.. We're already starving at this point.. Then 15 min later (yes 45 min) we finally get a super sweet bone in chicken. At this point, were eating, and the waiter asks how it is.. We voice our concerns but it's 1030 at this point.. We eat what we can, do not finish the chicken and ask for the manager.. In Comes Ritesh, who when we tell what happened let's is know that restaurants in general do not have bone in chicken anymore.. Also, that butter chicken is usually Sweet, where obviously the initial conversation was about spicy chicken.. Anyways, after arguing about what chicken in restaurants is lsupposed to look like, Mr.Ritesh exits with no help.. All we asked was for him to let the waiter know that it isn't right that sweet bone in butter chicken was suggested when we literally only came for a spicy bone in. Also someone should inform mr. RITESH THAT THERE ARE MANY RESTAURANTS THAT STILL OFFER BONE IN CHICKEN. Other then that the view is nice and the drinks are cool.. :) oh and no proper kids menu, or at least none...
