I had an extremely disappointing experience at Navidya restaurant by Amantra Hotel. Despite pre-booking two seats for 9:30 pm, we were forced to wait until 11 pm to be seated. The staff was highly unprofessional, showing no concern for their customers. I spoke with the manager not once, but three times, and still received absolutely no response or resolution. This level of mismanagement and lack of customer service is unacceptable. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Truly a terrible experience.”

Thank you for your reply, but I must disagree with your statement. I had pre-booked two seats for 9:30 pm, and at no point was I informed that you couldn’t commit to the reservation due to the festive period. If that were the case, I would have reconsidered my plans. We arrived on time, only to wait until 11 pm with zero communication from your side. Speaking to the manager three times and receiving no response is unacceptable, regardless of how busy the restaurant was.

I understand the pressures of the festive season, but professionalism, communication, and respect for reservations should still be a priority. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your operations to avoid such poor experiences for...

Food wasn't as good as i expected!! I decided to have rajasthani thali here based on review but taste didn't suit my taste buds !! None of the sabji made it to my taste buds !! They were all bland even they add little pieces of garlic and green chickpeas in rice but garlic didn't tasted as it should !! Idk why ppl are bragging abt food!! Churma was really good and so gulab jamun but my only problem is why they give only one gulab jamun in 500 thali ? Thali itself cost me 400 but i had to add two more tava rotis bcs the rotis, they served us with this big thali was so small so basically it cost me 500 !! They can atleast give 2 gulab jamuns !! Anyways other than food service was the best the way they greeted us from the hotel entrance door to restaurant even namaste and everything 🤌🏻 i love the way they all behave so well !! Hygiene was on point !! Everything was perfect other than food I'm giving it all the 4 star review for the service and manners of staff !! When they ask me for review and i give their food average score manager came looking for me outside at parking lot just to ask what went wrong cause they tried their best and nobody ever gave them this kinda review !! He even apologies and they even text me through my number again just to apologise!! No need to apologise guys it was great experience...
