A beautiful calm and serene place , just right for a quiet getaway during the week. A perfect place to unwind, chill and relax with your coffee. It has delicious sandwiches, platters and yumm coffees . Would love to be seen here again and again. A definite go to place when you need some solitude the #CourtyardinUdaipur. Definitely an 'eye candy'.... Totally CUSTOMER'S DELIGHT. Loved the green ambience, thumbs up to it and the courtyard is quite colourful...Perfect place to hangout with your family and squad.

Service is quite attentive and I'm extremely pleased with the vibe and staff. They have a wide menu of drinks, pizza, veg JAIN dishes We ordered a plethora of dishes and almost everything was pretty good. There wasn't a single thing which I disliked. Every dish and drink was TOP NOTCH especially starters and desserts.... absolutely lips making. Quantity was perfect and right on the money also. I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was not positive.

While most of the dishes were decent, one specific dish was particularly bad and disappointing. When I brought this to the attention of the waiter and manager, not only did they fail to address my concerns, but the waiter threw an unnecessary attitude towards me.

The behaviour of the waiter (NAME - NARPAT) was unprofessional and unacceptable. It was clear that he did not care about my experience as a customer and was more interested in being dismissive and condescending.

However, I must mention that the chef was a bit more polite in this situation. He listened to my feedback and apologized for the disappointing meal. While I appreciate his attempt to rectify the situation, the behavior of the waiter and manager overshadowed any positive interactions.

I hope the restaurant can take steps to not only improve their food quality but also their customer service. Customers should be treated with respect and understanding, not with rudeness...

On our recent visit to udaipur, we visited this amazing cafe after finding it through map listings as we were hunting for some pure vegetarian options for eating in the city of udaipur. Kaner Bistro Cafe has to be one of the best places you should not miss out on while you are visiting udaipur anytime soon as this place has the perfect vibes that will give you a combination of both - Royal Haveli + Tropical Bali themes together at the same place. They have multiple options when it comes to food and we tried so many things from their menu - smoked paneer chilly, stuffed cheese balls, veggie pizza, bhatti paneer tikka masala with laccha Paratha and Fried Rice with Veggies in Hot Garlic Sauce along with a Gola based mocktail.
