Disappointing Experience at La Pino's, Mt. Abu

I recently placed an order through the La Pino's app, which included pizzas, smoky pasta, and a chocolate brownie. After placing the order, I received a call from the store informing me that they didn’t have smoky pasta or the chocolate brownie. When I mentioned that these options were still available on the app, the staff admitted that they had tried to update it but it still showed up.

To make matters worse, they informed me that no pasta at all was available due to ongoing renovations for the past 15 days, yet the entire pasta menu was visible while ordering. This is highly misleading and frustrating for customers.

Furthermore, they used local cheese instead of mozzarella or cheddar, which significantly affected the quality of the pizza.

Unfortunately, with only one La Pino's store in Mt. Abu, it feels like they are taking advantage of tourists.

When you are new to a tourism place and every pedestrian is a broker you will not risk your appetite with some untrusted restuarants, same happened with us, were confused where to eat as in Abu every other localised person is a broker to one or the other shop, commision based business happens here, so we thought of eating at place which we trust, la pinoz has never disappointed me anywhere i go, the food tastes just 👌. 4 star just because the space was congested, good for take aways....will not recommend for dine in if you are visiting with...

The quality of taste was maintained by this one outlet too. I didn't expect the taste of all my favourite pizza and they made it.
