We order one simple thing, spinach cheese mushroom fried momos, we waited almost one hour and the momos came just steamed. They send it back to fried, another 15 minutes waiting. Amazing Tibetan homemade noodles. Order the Thentuk and you will love it! They come in a nice broth and you get condiments like chili paste, soy sauce and vinegar to add on if you feel like it.
