Right, I've had a lot of rice throughout my life as im sure you have too. Usually it's a subtly flavoured accompaniment that juat adda some substance to whatever dish it's being served with...Well not in this case. It seems like too simple a thing to be so impressed by but trust me, you haven't had this stuff. It's a prefect blend of garlic and butteryness. Basically it's melt in your mouth rice, rich in flavour.

I never thought I'd be so impressed by rice but there you go.

The Cashew Curry was really good too.

Pro tip: Raju (the owner) is super friendly and if you ask nicely, may even let you into his kitchen to watch your dish being made.
