Mayur Guest House — Hotel in Rajasthan

This is my second stay at Mayur Guest House. The location is amazing, at the centre of the city, slightly off the noisy main bazaar street. While upper rooms are warmer, lower rooms are just next to the central garden with easy access. This can be helpful if you are one of the forgetful people like me, who has to keep coming back to the room to get stuff.

If you need to get any taxi or buses arranged, make sure you ask Nishanth, the manager. He gives you one of the best rates in town.

The only drawback is some noise from motorbikes from the streets, but this stops at night, and many budget hostels in Pushkar also suffer from the same problem.

Mayura guesthouse one only and run by most lovely people and their fabulous family. the little blue oasis ! We love Pushkar Raj !! We felt like home ! It’s a perfect place just few steps from the main bazar , and Ghats market amazing beautiful place!! The guesthouse is very Shanty cooler and cosy feels like home now we are so lucky to have visited owners house next to the guesthouse! They have given us love and blessings and share there home cooked food , you feel that it’s much more quiet and you can relax there. I stayed at this guest house for 1 week, it was the perfect peaceful haven from pushkar, very central and within walking distance from everything. The family is absolutely beautiful, I grew quite fond of the kids there to and the 2 pet turtles 🐢 😂 The rooms are all really clean and fresh (quite good for India ) and a affordable price, also have good food you can order From the kitchen and if you need to organise anything they can help you.
