Madam D'Souza — Restaurant in Rajasthan

My recent visit to Madam D'Souza was an absolute disaster. The service was horrendous, the order took ages to arrive, and the food was far from fresh. It's safe to say that I won't be returning.

Service was abysmal. The staff appeared uninterested and impolite, with no regard for customers. Trying to get information about my order's status was an exercise in frustration, met with indifferent replies.

The order delay was mind-boggling. Despite the cafe's lack of customers, my food took an eternity to reach the table. I was left hungry and bewildered by the inexplicable delay.

When the meal finally arrived, it was clear that it had been sitting out for a while. The food was lukewarm and lacked the expected freshness. Presentation was lackluster, and the taste was compromised.

My overall experience at Madam D'Souza was extremely disappointing. The poor service, coupled with the agonizing order delay and the unfresh meal, made for an awful outing. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this cafe altogether.

The management needs to seriously address these issues if they want to retain...

The property is also very nice and well managed.

The seating space on the terrace is large enough or large enough for at least 50 persons to dine at one time.🙋🏻‍♂️

From here you get to see a good view which is very attractive.😍

The quality of food is very good and tasty. The quantity is also perfect as per the price.😋

Rates are real for each item.

Cleanliness also means proper maintenance of property, employees and food.😍

One last thing is that if you are traveling with your family or kids then this place is highly recommended from my side. You feel very safe at this place.

This cafe is loacted in near the pushkar lake right in the midst of hustle bustle of pushkar market. I assure you that you'll fall in love the place from the very first instance. The place has a very unique and young vibe to it and gives a great Panaramic view of the pushkar lake, providing a certain calmness to your mind. Also this is a good place to catch the sunset.

They have a good and vast menu and almost everything is served which a normal cafe would serve. The only downside to this place which I felt was that they didn't have proper hot coffee, although the server told that machine was still to be delivered as the cafe was still setting up but on the contrary I had super amazing chai.
