Swad Multicuisine Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Firstly I must mention to you that my friends and I, we like trying new cuisines & flavours, we go out for food at least twice a month. I must also declare to you that we don't have strange willingness on food. We decided to go to this restaurant as we wanted to eat traditional Greek cuisine and we got reference from some unconditional web site

It is located in Sam Road, Police Line Gate, Tourist Bunglow, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan . It's very easy to find it, and medium - easy to park your car.

We reached the place at about 15:00 and as we have made a reservation in advance but we had waiting for free table for one and half hour. When you get in, the person at the table (the boss I think) wasn't friendly at all. He was yelling at his customers.

The service was absolutely disappointing. The waiters were in extremely good mood…so good that they were dancing, they were yelling each other and they generally made fuss annoying us. In addition they could hardly notice us when we wanted something (water,the bill etc.).

We spend 20000 INR (approx 45 persons!) but the restaurant is expensive compared to any other restaurant - too much money. In conclusion the whole experience was not good, I would never go again to this place for any reason and I don't recommend this restaurant, not even to my worst enemy.

In a few words...you should better try this one Cafe The Kaku Malka Pol, near suli dungar, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.

"The owner of the restaurant is worst at business skills. He doesn't know how to handle customers. I suggest to never visit this restaurant."

The quality of the food is so poor that even the jail inmates must be served better food than...

Never recommended Not higinic food , complete west of money Topical unhiginic food serving ,as you can see the chapati and papad served in bear cartoons ,buttermilk served in paint tub and got one mug to served each one which I thing we all used to take bath Arround 40people booking for lunch Properly booking than also need to wait for more than 45min to served

Chapati without ghee , Onion was bad quality as some black things can see easy in that The rice was look like khichdi , No test in food, Not panchutal 5-15min we can understand but 30-45min with prior intimation no one can bear delay .

It's not direct deal with him so no bill I have but I will update the agent who is already froud.complete missguding for positive review by their own persons.

This type of restaurant are getting damaged to Rajasthani culture for hospitality . Who believe a guest as God "Atithi Devon Bhava "

Never go in this restorant please if you are consistent for higinic. And for your health

I don't know where to complaint about it but owner was missing over there

And management is just don't getting care

I don't want to give single star but have no option...

We wanted to have a quick lunch after a long morning at Jaisalmer Fort (Sonar Quila). Jaisalmer doesn’t have many restaurant options and of the few decent places we found on Google we decided to come to Swad Restaurant. The overall experience was average, food below average and prices were exorbitant considering the place and it’s dismal hygiene.

Ambience of the outdoor seating is slightly better but indoors its nothing more than a mess kind of atmosphere. We took a seat inside as it was sunny and we had kids but later thought an outside seating could have been better.

We opted for local Rajasthani cuisine and Cheese Sandwich for our kids. The food was very oily and below average. The serving utensils were of poor quality and compromised hygine. Since we had ordered the food and kids were hungry it was hard for us to pull out so we continued with the meal.

Service however was very good, the waiters had a pleasant demeanour and were very attentive and quick to service our requests.

I would rate this restaurant only 2 stars. If you are in a rush you can grab a quick lunch here. However if you are planning for a elaborate meal or are out to try local Rajasthani cuisine this place...
