The B.Tech Restaurant in Saket — Restaurant in Said-ul-Ajaib Village

I placed an order on 1:45 PM and they told me that it will be delivered in 50 mins. After an hour later I texted them to know about the order but no one responded. I called them after one and a hour after placing my order and the person from another side said, "The regular delivery guy was unavailable and the new guy may not have found your address yet, I'll talk to him and get back to you in a minute." No one called back. I called them after 10 mins and it's been already 2 hours from the time of placing my order, and my calls were being rejected from their side. Then I received a call from delivery guy and I asked him when did he took the order from restaurant and he replied "I just picked it up few minutes ago." The guy I talked to earlier didn't even sent my order from last one and a half hour. I feel cheated at this point and rejected to accept the order. I recently ordered fron this restaurant and, unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The food was stale and lacked freshness, which was surprising given the positive reviews I had read. The dal makhani was stale and tasted as if they had been sitting out for far too long.

What made the situation even worse was the owner's attitude. When I mentioned the issues with my meal, instead of addressing my concerns, he responded dismissively and was quite rude. It's never easy to voice dissatisfaction, but I expected at least a little professionalism and courtesy.

Overall, the combination of stale food and rude service left a sour taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. I won’t be returning, and I suggest looking elsewhere for a better...

I ordered three different items from this restaurant through Zomato. I just received one and when I called the restaurant, the owner shamefully responded that it's not possible to deliver the other balance two items. I told him that it's not about amount, it's about my reputation as I was hosting couple of my closed ones but he clearly said it's not possible. I would recommend everyone not to order from this restaurant as they don't understand how important the reputation and image is. They just focus on amount...and it's just pathetic, not at...
