This is Gangtok's best kept secret. The Absolute Demazong is like a hidden paradise that you may miss even when you pass it by. This is the only place where you can find authentic Sikkimese, Nepali, Bhutanese food and drink. Definitely the only place where you can have the Tongba, or the millet beer served in traditional style. The variety and quality of food is something that you will never experience anywhere else in Gangtok.
