Krazy Kat Restobar — Restaurant in Sikkim

We went there to celebrate and ordered chicken fried rice, drums of heaven, crispy baby chili, and white sauce pasta. They served the non-veg food on time (we waited for about half an hour). After finishing all the non-veg items, we waited another 15–20 minutes for the white sauce pasta.

When it finally arrived, the taste was terrible—I could immediately tell that the milk used in the sauce was spoiled and stinking. I couldn't even take a bite. I asked my friends to taste it, and they all said the same thing.

We complained to the staff, but a girl—who earlier claimed she had no idea how the white sauce pasta was prepared—came over. When I complained again, the same girl tasted my food and said it was fine, as if I had never tasted pasta before.

The service was poor, and there was no regard for customer satisfaction. I suggest avoiding this place if you want to enjoy good food and service. If you're just looking to click pictures and have non-veg food, it was okay.

And the most frustrating part? They never served the veg starter we ordered—crispy baby chili. I didn't even see the dish! They even charged us for the spoiled pasta that they tasted and took back to the kitchen.

Had been here on a Sunday night based on a suggestion from the bartender from Dragon wok on MG. The drink process are affordable. The ambience is so so. They have 2 floors one closed inside seating and one terrace seating. One of the attender had a major attitude problem and seemea like she didn't want to attend us! We asked for sesame chicken and we4e served chicken sizzler. The attender refused to serve food on our plate and asked her co-worker to do that!! There was music being played trom YouTube and the place didn't have a welcoming atmosphere not hospitality. Thought it'll be a karoake place but it seemed kinda dead!

Food was so so. Would not recommend this...

My real experience about this restaurant. Service is very disappointed . Unprofessional staff. When We oder for next meal they turn off the lights then we went out reception they said they said oder is closed but When went their we my colleague but i went there most of the their staff were smoking hukka oh their reception at 9:30 pm . It's not that I had visit their at first time but unfortunately my colleague was. But me and my colleague thought the service will be better this time. But even though I visited here 4 times No. i believe these restaurant is not ment for your second option.

Don't visit. Lazy chef is better...
