The reputation of the brand precedes this new establishment by the popular chain. It is also great that they do onion and garlic free food for the super pure vegetarians. We were okay either way. However, what disappointed me was that the air conditioning was shut on a late summer morning, also, the idli and the cafe served by the staff with his bare hands (without wearing gloves) were precooked and kinda hard to chew. The vada in particular was quite oily. Also, I personally think that the dry foods on sale at the counter were slightly over priced. My mom and I really liked the Malpua and Chamcham.
