KFC — Restaurant in Siliguri

Reading other comments in the review section I came to know that I am not the only one who feels the staff (girls) at the front of the store are very unprofessional. When you are part of a global franchise it's not only product you are selling but also the experience. The girls who take orders have a very indifferent attitude to customers and are not pleasant at all. They might hate their jobs but you have to be profesional when you working. They do not care to explain nor make you feel welcomed. After all how hard it is to say ' hello sir, welcome to KFC , what would you like to order' . The food was HORRIBLE!!!!! WE WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. DONT EAT HERE AS YOU CAN GET FOOD POISONING THEY JUST GIVE US FOOD WITHOUT LOOKING AT IT .Weordered CHICKEN POPCORN RICE and they served us the RICE WITH NO CHICKEN and COLD RICE , we ordered the TANDOORI CHICKEN ZINGER and the bun was MOLDY, I would have gotten FOOD POISONING if we hadn't seen that We also ordered NORMAL CHICKEN ZINGER and the CHICKEN WAS RAW FROM SOME PARTS. would rate it 0 stars if i could I ordered 2 burgers 4 hot and crispy and large fries first off normally my food gets delivered in 25 minutes or so today it took 40 to 45 minutes AND the food was hella cold never had an issue like this before so really disappointed honestly it was as though the food was just tossed into a bag for the sake of it since it’s getting late if u can’t deliver proper service during these hours shut the store early so customers don’t have to deal with this type of service THE BURGER patty was soggy honestly hellla disappointed NEVER order late night from vega mall outlet even if it closer to where u live...
