I had placed an order through the KFC app and waited for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes without any update. Due to the delay, I called the store and requested to cancel the order over the phone. However, despite this cancellation request, the food was sent out around a hour and 30 minutes later. By the time the delivery arrived, I had already ordered food from elsewhere and had my dinner. I informed the delivery person and asked him to return the order. Despite this, I was still charged ₹754 for the cancelled order. When I contacted the store manager for a refund, I was told that the order had already been delivered. However, this is not accurate. I did not accept the food, nor did I consume it. The delivery person asked for the OTP code, stating that he could not proceed to his next delivery without it. Reluctantly, I gave him the code under the impression it was a procedural requirement—not a confirmation of delivery. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling extremely disappointed and misled. I paid for an order that I did not receive or use, and I received no meaningful customer service to resolve the issue. Extremely Disappointed with Service – Missing Items and No Resolution order 921...looks like staff is stealing food from customers I placed an order with KFC after seeing an offer that included 6pc wings and KFC. However, not only did they fail to deliver these items, but there has also been no effort on their part to fix the issue. I’ve been left waiting with no response, and it seems like KFC simply doesn’t care.
This is not the first time basic expectations like order accuracy and customer service have been ignored. When you advertise something, deliver it. It's really that simple.
Sort it out, KFC – this kind of service is unacceptable.
Please note we called kfc customer care they shared they will look into it and ask restaurnt to call but nothing has been done.Also we called restaurnt but they cut call once they know we want to complain regarding order and requested resolution its been a waste of time and money as we were hoping they will deliver fresh order and need the old order so we haven't touch that too it all got spoiled my money got spoiled. Read moreWORST CUSTOMER HANDLING!! People are uneducated fellows including managers. They dont even give proper response to customers. Person named Asif was very very rude to handle customers. While we are in a conversation, the guy Asif was also handling other customers in a rude behavior which should be strictly reported. He doesnot know the statement “sorry, give us sometime” instead he only knows “i dont know what can i do”. He tells that there is no finance team and there is only IT team with KFC. I am going to report this to Sapphire. @kfc, first educate the members about customer handling and the teams involved. Also ask them to treat better. Not to hire any uneducated fellows. We eat by paying you money and not free of cost. Mainly the machine to order the food is not working properly. Not recommended. If there is any issue then, employees and managers (ravichandran, Rajesh) will not follow up with the issue. They will make the customers to contact them often till the issue is getting resolved. But even if you check with them there will be no proper response!! Independent of the TIMING.
