They’re pet friendly only in name. A better way to put it would be they tolerate pets, which is very different from being pet friendly. They have plastic chairs on the balcony which apparently cannot be used by pets because “humans” also use the same chairs and according to the manager “they will get into trouble if others see dogs using the same chairs”. I have no issues if the chairs have padding/cushions which can get damaged by dog paws, but plain plastic doesn’t get damaged. We even offered to have some covering on it while our dog was using it, and even offered to clean it once done, but the “manager” was adamant as it was their “policy” only to let dogs on the floor. Went there seeing good reviews on Google and was utterly disappointed by their food. We specifically requested for hot Pasta, which is a basic request to ask to any eatery but the food came lukewarm. The price didn't justify both quantity and quality of it. Very dry and flavorless pasta. I don't know about their other dishes but pasta was horrible.

Then came the service and the billing, where we saw the classic tourist scam take place, where they add one extra item and then say that it was a mistake. The actual amount will be written on the bill, but the taxes will be added on from the previous wrong bill.
