Annapoorna - Townhall Branch — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sree Annapoorna, a well-known chain vegetarian restaurant located in Coimbatore. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I would like to share my thoughts in this review.

The interior felt a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation to create a more inviting and contemporary atmosphere.

Being a part of a chain, Sree Annapoorna carries its reputation well as a quality vegetarian restaurant in Coimbatore. It is a reliable option for those seeking delicious vegetarian cuisine in the city.

Worst service ,the supplier shouting on us no place no place don't go upstairs, even though not seeking how many persons coming we r totally 9members a family with kids also in down all chairs r full with customers,we r shaming infront of all .that supplier shouted on us,why the hotel is seeking the customers to fulfill they hungry or jus shout n tellinh to get lost houseful nu ,worst experience we r with 3kids under 6yrs really and oldage mother and family as well, ashamed today.Annapoorna hotel get nice name before but not now ,why the supplier giving food for free of cost or they r payinh us.I humbly Requested manager pls take polite supplier to ur hotels this kind of person spoiled ur hotel name n management.really big insult to us,if told mam pls wait seats r full means we take reliable but shouting hey no place no place we not supply up we not come no no, why customers coming to ur hotel because of your pleasant food and respectfull management , gud name ,but treating lik dog ,we r really disappointed this new year with my whole family n small kids,we are sending this review to management sight to...

When you get name, it is important to maintain it. Invest in training the manpower.

My experience yesterday - 12th Feb 2022

While having breakfast, the service person accidentally spilled water from a cup used by a person not known to me sitting next to me. No courtesy to replace the breakfast. She didn't even mind to ask me anything. Crowded -busy - negligence. I had to pay bill for the half dosa that I consumed.

At lunch, the manager I suppose was courteous. But only one of the person serving rice was unwelcoming and didn't really care for your words. Others were active and good.

Even though it is a hotel, with the name of Annapoorni Devi, I think the management should find a way to consider, Athithi devo bhava. If not as a Deva, atleast as a customer.

It is indeed a disappointment. Hope to see better Annapoorna...
